A	Andreia Silva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só posso dizer que fui uma unica vez lá e pedimos francesinhas, fiquei tão aparvalhada com a comida que até custa a descrever... o molho nao tinha sabor... era da cor da cerveja mas nao tinha sabor, nem sal nem pimenta, as batatas fritas tambem nao tinham sal... nem qiero falar no interior... só sei que quem cozinha nao prova o que faz de certeza. Péssimo I can only say that I went there only once and we ordered francesinhas, I was so dumbfounded with the food that it is hard to describe ... the sauce had no flavor ... it was the color of beer but it had no taste, neither salt nor pepper, The chips didn't have salt either ... I don't even want to talk inside ... I just know that the cook doesn't prove what he is doing for sure. Terrible

Nous sommes le 19 juillet 14h30 et après un long moment d’attente au comptoir la serveuse sort en se curent le nez, elle m’explique qu’il n’y a plus grand chose à manger d’un air blasé, Je lui demande une francesinha , elle me fait la grimace pour me faire comprendre que ça l’embête… Déjà qu’il y a pas beaucoup de monde dans ce centre commercial je pense que je n’y remettrai plus les pieds . Unbelievable ! We are July 19 at 14:30 and after a long wait at the counter the waitress goes out in the nose, she explains that there is not much to eat with a jaded look, I ask him a francesinha, she makes me grimace to make me understand that it annoys him ... Para não falar no recheio da francezinha e do cachorro que parecia uma tosta mista !! ??‍♀️ As bebidas que pedíamos não havia, só havia Coca-Cola e na hora de pedir com gelo, também não havia ! ? Nao recomendo. Terrible. I cried the money I spent. The sauce was watery. The potatoes were super greasy and in oil. Not to mention the french stuffing and the dog that looked like a mixed toast !! ??‍♀️ The drinks we ordered did not exist, there was only Coca-Cola and when ordering with ice, there was also no! ? I don't recommend it.

Foi a primeira e a última vez que lá gastámos dinheiro. The worst francesinha we've ever eaten. Watery, flavorless sauce. Tiny steak, tough and full of nerves. Even the knife is not suitable for eating a little francesinha. It was the first and last time we spent money there.

Comportou-se como um absoluto animal a responder-me após eu ter sido sempre educada com ela. Nunca mais hei-de voltar a este restaurante e nada vale a falta de educação desta empregada. I was very badly treated by the maid who was cooking at Nova Arcada's restaurant. She behaved like an absolute animal answering me after I had always been polite to her. I'll never come back to this restaurant and nothing is worth this maid's lack of politeness.
