★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar de termos cliente qualificado e interessado em visitar o imóvel ref.ª 5699 ( T3 moradia no bairro santana - cobre valor 540.000€) foi-nos dito que no caso especifico deste imóvel ( como em todos os outros claro) não efectuam partilha de venda. Sempre a defender os interesses dos proprietários... Agradeço desde já o impedimento de visita ao referido imóvel. Mário Pereira RE/MAX MADIS

Lamento mas não preciso de perder tempo sobre o enquadramento em outros imóveis que tenham em carteira se não pretendo informações sobre nenhum outro que não o que motivou o desagradável contacto com os vossos serviços. Nota muito negativa à comercial que identificou a empresa no início do telefonema mas escusou-se de usar o seu nome por motivos que desconheço e os quais não sei se estarão relacionados com o o diálogo pouco cordial, pouco simpático e nada comercial.
Refusal to provide information about the property that is allegedly available? I am sorry but I do not need to waste time on listing other properties that have a portfolio if I do not want information about anything other than what motivated the unpleasant contact with your services. Very negative note to the commercial that identified the company at the beginning of the call but refused to use his name for reasons that I do not know and which I do not know if they are related to the unfriendly, unfriendly and not commercial dialogue.
