★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive lá um telemóvel para arranjar durante seis longos meses e ainda saiu mais danificado passava sempre de dia para dia para arranjar e nada ainda me conseguia dizer que de dia para dia que as peças atrasavam ou por causa do ano novo ou por causa da pandemia o que é certo é que fui buscar o telemóvel e coloquei a arranjar noutro sítio e em dois dias o telemóvel foi arranjado pagando ainda o estrago que me fizeram neste local ao abrir o telemóvel...acho que não ligaram importância nenhuma ao "meu caso"...mas como sou séria, gostaria de dizer que logicamente se queria o equipamento arranjado pagaria o que fosse preciso...ainda para mais havia sempre poucas informações ou esclarecimentos e preocupação em relação ao meu equipamento...
I had a cell phone there to fix it for six long months and it still came out more damaged, it always went from day to day to fix it, and nothing could still tell me that day by day the parts were delayed either because of the new year or because of the pandemic o what is certain is that i went to get the cell phone and put it to be arranged elsewhere and in two days the cell phone was fixed paying for the damage that they did to me in this place when opening the cell phone ... i think that they did not attach any importance to "my case" ... but as I am serious, I would like to say that, logically, if I wanted the arranged equipment, I would pay whatever was necessary ... even more, there was always little information or clarification and concern regarding my equipment ...
