The service from start to finish is so very professional from a pre-season SMS informing of the opening date and a pre-booking system that guarantees you a place in the queue with a designation drop date and time. Your olives are are crated and weighed before you leave with a computerized slip confirming the total processing cost in advance. Payment by cash or Bank TT (No cards) is on the day of collection of your oil which is usually within 24-48hours of your drop. Joana there speaks excellent English and is happy to advise beginners such as ourselves on best practice in growing, harvesting and storing. I'll finish by saying the results after all this are delicious!
