★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great place to come. Totally off the tourist trail, mostly locals enjoying the warm waters of the lagoon (perfect if you have smaller children) or the gorgeous, clear and refreshing waters of the Atlantic. Plenty of space, even at the weekend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The impressive natural beach with lagoon here in Santo André is truly special. It is a huge nature reserve and there is enough space to find a quiet place to relax. Even directly on the sea, the beach is not overcrowded.
There are plenty of restaurants and cafes to suit all tastes.
Also in the Winter season an extraordinary place....
