No dia 16 de Maio, Sábado, desloquei-me a esta loja, que após ver no Google, dizia que o horário era das, 10H00 ás 13H00, como tal, dirigi-me de Valongo para o Porto, chegando á porta deste estabelecimento ás 12H35M, e já se encontrava fechado, sem qualquer tipo de aviso.
Desilusão. pois sabia bem a guitarra que queria comprar e fiquei muito desiludido, pois tive que ir comprar a outro lado.
DESRESPEITO pelos clientes, seja por BALDA, ou falta de informação aos clientes através do sítio desta casa.

On the 16th of May, Saturday, I went to this store, which after seeing on Google, said the time was from 10 am to 1 pm, so I went from Valongo to Porto, arriving at the door of this establishment at 12H35M, and was already closed, without any kind of warning.
Disappointment. because I knew the guitar I wanted to buy and I was very disappointed, because I had to go buy it elsewhere.
Disrespect for customers, either by BALDA, or lack of information for customers through the website of this house.
