★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisam de melhorar o atendimento ao cliente no que diz respeito às informações quanto ao preço dos cursos e os seus custos extras. Essa informação é dada apenas pela rececionista e, esta não dá a devia importância ao tema só avisando na hora do pagamento.
Paguei 795€ em cheque visado por um curso de 48h + 2€ pelo certificado do nível de espanhol. Também prometeram que assim que o certificado estivesse pronto, me iriam contactar, o que não aconteceu.
Além disso, quando alguém não tem a chave da porta de entrada da escola, cria-se uma fila de pessoas e o tempo de espera não é compensado no final da aula que seria de 2 horas.
Pontos positivos: o certificado é validado pelo Mistério da Educação, a professora é simpática e a escola tem boas condições.
 They need to improve customer service with regard to information about course prices and their extra costs. This information is only given by the receptionist, and she does not give due importance to the topic, only informing her at the time of payment.
I paid €795 by certified check for a 48h course + €2 for the Spanish level certificate. They also promised that as soon as the certificate was ready, they would contact me, which they didn't.
In addition, when someone does not have a key to the school's entrance, a queue of people is created and the waiting time is not compensated at the end of the class, which would be 2 hours.
Positive points: the certificate is validated by the Ministry of Education, the teacher is friendly and the school is in good condition.
