Excelente para trabalhar à distância, sempre limpo e com todas as medidas de saúde! Aconselho para quem esteja em tele-trabalho ou para quem trabalhe por conta própria. O ambiente é muito criativo, tendo uma programação paralela com workshops, formações a exposições. A very cozy and quiet work space, in the heart of Cedofeita. Excellent for working at a distance, always clean and with all health measures! I advise for those who are on tele-work or for those who work on their own. The atmosphere is very creative, with a parallel program with workshops, training and exhibitions.

Super cool space! Incredible, cozy decor, good light, good atmosphere and excellent wi-fi connection. The person in charge of the space is super attentive, always concerned with keeping co-workers comfortable and ensuring that nothing is missing! I recommend, the best co-work space I've ever been to!

O Mário Gomes lidera o espaço como ninguém, acompanhado pelo Luís Carvalho e pela Carolina Castro. Receberam-nos de braços e coração abertos e nunca desapontam. Não podia estar mais contente. Se estão à procura dum espaço para trabalhar ou de workshops este é o sítio. Sem dúvida, o melhor espaço de co-working do Porto. I like everything in the Land: from space, from the offer to the co-workers, from the workshops, but essentially I like people. Mário Gomes leads the space like no one, accompanied by Luís Carvalho and Carolina Castro. They received us with open arms and hearts and never disappoint. I could not be happier. If you are looking for a place to work or workshops, this is the place. Without a doubt, the best co-working space in Porto.

Something is always "brewing," on the horizon, and the synergy of the coworkers is both supportive and motivating. The environment inside Land is open and soothing, with good organization and lots of plants. The wi-fi is great. The members at Land are very friendly and welcoming. The location is great, too- Cedofeita. Couldn't recommend it more highly.

The amenities are great, the wi-fi is good, private room for conference calls and the people here are the highlight! The location is perfect! Really central with everything you need few steps away: restaurants, barber shop, supermarket, bars, photocopy shop (for professional marketing material, although we have a printer here that works really well). Definitely the place to be to get work done!

It's a few streets away from the tourist hotspots, so you get some relief from the busy-ness, but it's only a 10-minute walk to the centre of Porto. Perfect location in my eyes. The workspace is very open with a ton of natural light and greenery. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. I think nearly everyone introduced themselves to me as soon as they saw me which was very welcoming. It was easy to make friends and get great recommendations for local restaurants and things to do. Everyone at Land works hard and are focused on getting their own work done, so there aren't many distractions at all. I would highly recommend Land if you're looking for somewhere to stay productive while also meeting some amazing people who will be life-long friends.

Not only were they fantastic coworkers, they also became our personal tour guides for the month :) We even had some items sent to the workspace which arrived before us, and they were happy to receive them on our behalf. WiFi was perfect - we never had any speed issues or disconnections. Great location with plenty of cafes, supermarkets and parks nearby. Would highly recommend Land to anyone visiting Porto.
