O horário afixado não corresponde ao praticado.
Quando questionada, a funcionária responde que decide a sua hora de almoço em função dos clientes.
Concordo, que uma vez que o horário é seguido das 10h às 22h, a funcionária tem de ter hora de almoço, no entanto, a marca não costuma ter este tipo de tratamento com os seus clientes. Afixar a hora de almoço com um aviso seria o mínimo.
Mais ainda que a funcionária não fez uma hora de almoço como disse que supostamente ia fazer. ?

The posted schedule does not correspond to the one practiced.
When questioned, the employee replies that she decides her lunch time according to the customers.
I agree that since the hours are followed from 10 am to 10 pm, the employee must have lunch time, however, the brand does not usually have this type of treatment with its customers. Posting lunch time with a warning would be the minimum.
Even more that the employee did not make an hour of lunch as she said she was supposed to do. ?
