Utente com alzheimer este neste lar durante a parte mas difícil da doença .Teve um trato excepcional, mesmo com os insultos que ela dizia continuamente e batia nas funcionarias. Ela nunca apareceu marcada,ou triste, vaiasse na cara dela que era bem tratada, festas de anos, natais, sempre foi permitido a família a comer junto dela na fase mas complicada quando já no podia ir para casa. Ela nos deixou mas fomos avisados para nos poder despedir dela . Obrigada, a toda a equipa desde a cozinheira a vigilante,e a direcção do lar que ainda hoje depois de 3 anos ainda me ligam em alturas importantes.
My friend Soledad. Patient with Alzheimer's was in this home during the most difficult part of the disease. She had an exceptional treatment, even with the insults she kept saying and hitting the employees. She never appeared marked, or sad, booed in her face that she was well treated, birthday parties, Christmas, the family was always allowed to eat with her at the most difficult stage when she could no longer go home. She left us but we were told to say goodbye to her. Thank you, to the whole team, from the cook to the vigilante, and the direction of the home that even today after 3 years still call me at important times.
