★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice calm beach. Not too busy and parking spots available within 5-10min walk. Sunbeds taken but sufficient space to find a spot on the beach. Little area with shade to sit. Free toilet available on the side of the beach - 1 min walk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A small town on the western side of the Algarve. Typical of the area, small whitewashed houses, crammed together and built into the hills running down to the beach. Very attractive. Plenty of cafés, shops and narrow alleyways to explore. Worth a visit if you are in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice and quiet Resort. 4 swimming pools, tennis courts and a midget golf course. Has a Café, a Restaurant and a Supermarket. There are quite a few, popular, Restaurants in the vicinity.
There is a great hiking trail along the Resort of about 6 km called the Percurso dos Sete Vales Suspensos. Along the trail you can find about 14 caves/sink holes of which the Benagil cave is the most popular.
