Passo a relatar a minha situação: Adquiri uma cama totalmente forrada em pele sintética e que ao fim de "meia dúzia" de anos encontra-se no estado que as fotos demonstram. De salientar que estamos a falar do rebordo de uma cama (em que é usado o colchão diariamente e não o seu rebordo e cabeceira) Como termo comparativo, tenho um sofá da OK Sofás uma marca low cost que também é forrado a pele sintética, é usado diariamente, foi usado também para fazer exercidos de fisioterapia ao meu filho e continua com o material/revestimento impecável. O que me deixa indignado é o facto de ter pago por um produto supostamente premium e que se revelou ser de qualidade inferior a um produto low cost com muito mais utilização. Como se não bastasse, contactei a empresa e apresentaram-me o estúpido orçamento de 690€ e 875€ para mudarem o revestimento, valor que corresponde a mais de 50% do valor da cama em questão e que face á oferta actual e competitividade do mercado no geral, é completamente desajustado...(No ano passado comprei uma cama totalmente revestida num tecido de algodão, com estrado elevatório que não chegou sequer ao valor mais baixo do orçamento apresentado). Resumidamente, não se deixem enganar pelo preço elevado, aspecto e design porque na realidade o que vão levar é um produto de baixa gama e cuja durabilidade/qualidade é duvidosa. LAS KASAS invistam menos em publicidade e apostem na qualidade e no apoio ao cliente, a verdade vem sempre ao de cima... Até nunca mais... Low cost quality at premium prices. What gets me outraged is the fact that I paid for a supposedly premium product and it turned out to be of inferior quality to a much more expensive low cost product. As if that were not enough, I contacted the company and they presented me the stupid budget of € 690 and € 875 to change the flooring, a figure that corresponds to more than 50% of the value of the bed in question and that, given the current offer and market competitiveness in general, it is completely out of order ... (Last year I bought a bed completely covered in a cotton cloth, with a raised platform that did not even reach the lowest value of the presented budget). Briefly, do not be fooled by the high price, appearance and design because in reality what they will take is a low-end product and whose durability / quality is doubtful. LAS KASAS invest less in advertising and bet on quality and customer support, the truth always comes to the top ... Until never again ...
R	Raquel Campos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Designs bonitos mas serviço ao cliente muito fraco para os preços que praticam. Por duas vezes recorri à las kasas e em ambas as vezes a mesma desilusão. Certamente não irei voltar, já encontrei melhor. Beautiful designs but very poor customer service for the prices they charge. Twice I went to las kasas and both times the same disappointment. I certainly won't be going back, I've found better.
