A disponibilidade foi imediata (no próprio dia), o senhor Agostinho ficou horrorizado com a minha instalação, recusando-se a fazer as ligações naquelas condições e enumerando tudo o que estava errado e tudo o que era preciso para corrigir. Depois, deu-se ao trabalho de se voltar a deslocar para explicar ao construtor tudo o que ele tinha feito de errado, sendo que este se responsabilizou pelo mau trabalho e pagou-me um novo esquentador.
Conclusão: Muito prestáveis, de confiança, não fazem por fazer e definitivamente se preocupam mais com a segurança e as coisas bem feitas do que dinheiro rápido.

Impeccable. I bought my first home and had zero experience in these subjects. Availability was immediate (on the same day), Mr. Augustine was horrified at my installation, refusing to make the connections under those conditions and listing everything that was wrong and everything that needed to be corrected. Then he went to the trouble of going back to explain to the builder everything he had done wrong, which was responsible for the bad work and paid me a new water heater.
Conclusion: Very helpful, reliable, do-it-yourself and definitely care more about safety and things well done than fast money.
