★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atenção não utilizem estes serviços. Não são pessoas sérias. Levaram a roupa nova de um apartamento de Luxo e cortinados há mais de uma semana e nem atendem os telefones. Tenho que ir á polícia para recuperar o que levaram. Péssimo serviço, incompetentes e desonestos.
 Attention do not use these services. They are not serious people. They took the new clothes from a luxury apartment and curtains over a week ago and don't even answer the phones. I have to go to the police to retrieve what they took. Poor service, incompetent and dishonest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Falei ao telefone com o Sr. Carlos Santos e combinamos um serviço de recolha e entrega de roupa de cama, duas vezes por semana, num alojamento local. Primeira vez não apareceu, liguei e o Sr. Carlos tinha-se esquecido completamente e pediu desculpa. Combinamos mais uma vez para o dia seguinte. Nunca apareceu, liguei varias vezes mas não atendeu. Nunca mais soube de nada.
Terrible. I spoke on the phone with Mr. Carlos Santos and we arranged a bed linen collection and delivery service, twice a week, at a local accommodation. First time he didn't show up, I called and Mr. Carlos had completely forgotten and apologized. We agreed again for the next day. Never came, I called several times but did not answer. I never heard anything again.
