★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito limpo e boa lavagem de roupa. O único problema é se aceitam notas devem ter sempre troco para não acontecer ficar dinheiro em crédito e eu ter que andar a pedir dinheiro as pessoas a seguir.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Escolhi a Lava no Rio pela higiene e eficiência das máquinas mas neste momento procuro nova lavandaria pela falta de civismo das pessoas que a frequentam. Se fosse no início daria 4 estrelas mas neste momento dou 3 porque percebo que não deve ser fácil gerir um espaço deste género e que este é o povo que temos. Chão sujo e mesas onde se dobra a roupa muito suja. Alguidares também porque as pessoas não são civilizadas e como nunca está ninguém abusam. Em relação ao funcionamento da máquina 2 alerto para o facto de não ter feito centrifugação da roupa que lavei e que saiu encharcada. Feliz Ano Novo
I chose Lava in Rio due to the hygiene and efficiency of the machines, but at this moment I am looking for a new laundry room due to the lack of civility of the people who attend it. If it were at the beginning I would give 4 stars but at this moment I give 3 because I realize that it should not be easy to manage a space of this kind and that this is the people we have. Dirty floors and tables where very dirty clothes are folded. Also someone because people are not civilized and as never is anyone abuses. Regarding the operation of the machine 2, I warn you about the fact that I did not spin the laundry that I washed and that was soaked. Happy New Year

It's clean, value for money is great, the background music choice is terrific (customers even sang along), and what impressed me the most was the level of service and accommodation by the management after I had a problem. Both thumbs up, would give 6 stars is possible.
