Un dependiente muy atento y considerado, que explica todo con preocupación por el cliente y desinfecta/limpia las máquinas entre usuarios

Totally awesome. Free parking across the street. Normal price and owner very nice and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recinto amplio y luminoso. 3 máquinas de 3 kg y dos de 16 kg. 5 secadoras entre 6 y 10 kg. Una mesa amplia para doblar ropa. Está cerca de un rotonda espectacular. Nosotros estuvimos un sábado y estaba petado.
Bright and spacious enclosure. 3 machines of 3 kg and two of 16 kg. 5 dryers between 6 and 10 kg. A wide table to fold clothes. It is near a spectacular roundabout. We were there on a Saturday and it was petado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço horrível de lavagem de roupa... As máquinas não lavam absolutamente nada, deixam a roupa em péssimo estado, como se não fosse lavada... Comparativamente a outras esta lavandaria deixa muito a desejar e tratando-se de um franchising, o franchisado deve saber que tem que colocar líquido no sistema, para que a lavagem seja efetiva... Mas é mais fácil andar a pressionar os clientes, reduzir o tempo de lavagem, retirar a roupa das máquinas sem autorização, mexer no que não lhe pertence, etc. Recentemente levei uns quantos pares de calças a lavar, o programa mais longo era de 40 minutos, resultado... Continuavam a necessitar de ser lavadas e pior, saíram todas marcadas de vincos... Estive a abservar a lavagem... E água? Não obrigado! Questionei o dito cujo que respondeu que "já mete água não se preocupe"... Bem sei, estamos em situação de seca... Deve ser isso. Vou expor a situação ao franchisador. É um roubo esta lavandaria.
Horrible laundry service... The machines don't wash anything at all, they leave the clothes in a bad condition, as if they hadn't been washed... Compared to others, this laundry room leaves a lot to be desired and in the case of a franchise, the franchisee you should know that you have to put liquid in the system, for the washing to be effective... But it's easier to put pressure on customers, reduce washing time, remove clothes from the machines without authorization, touch what doesn't belong to you, etc. Recently I took a few pairs of pants to wash, the longest program was 40 minutes, the result... They still needed to be washed and worse, they all came out with creases... I was observing the wash... And water ? No thank you! I questioned the saying whose answer that "it's already watering don't worry"... I know, we're in a drought situation... That must be it. I'll expose the situation to the franchisor. This laundry room is a steal.
