Unico senão são os preços que considero bastante elevados. Nunca paguei tanto numa lavandaria.
 Good store, ambience, machines seem to wash well, well located with parking in front.
Only if not, are the prices that I consider quite high. I've never paid so much in a laundry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ venho por este meio reclamar dos vossos servicos, que uso há bastante tempo, e tenho gostado, no entanto agora venho secar a roupa e os mesmos 10 minutos não dão sequer para secar uma máquina de roupa de 8 kg.
devo informar que a máquina não esperaria toda a roupa seca (em 10 minutos) mas não houve uma única peça de roupa seca, inclusive roupa polar... e notório que diminuíram a entrada de gás e/ou o aquecimento para que consigam poupar, mas assim e enganar os clientes... não sobem o preço mas diminuem a potência dos mesmos.
estou desiludido porque estão a enganar os clientes... Uso a lavandaria desde 2018 e desde a pandemia que se tem notado que cada vez o mesmo dinheiro seca menos roupa.
Mais valia aumentarem o preço e manterem a qualidade de secagem.
I hereby complain about your services, which I have been using for a long time, and I have liked it, however now I come to dry my clothes and the same 10 minutes are not even enough to dry an 8 kg washing machine.
I must inform you that the machine would not wait for all the dry clothes (in 10 minutes) but there was not a single piece of dry clothes, including polar clothes... but like that and deceive the customers... they don't raise the price but lower their potency.
I am disappointed because they are deceiving customers... I have been using the laundry since 2018 and since the pandemic it has been noticed that the same money dries less clothes.
It would be better to increase the price and maintain the drying quality.

Price for a 9 kgr machine is 4 euro washingpowder included. Big parking just across the road.

I have been here so many times and it’s always impeccable; clean, organized, safe, love the parking space right across the street and not to say one night I came after they closed but the gentleman saw me and made an exception to open up for me so I can dry my items. That is supreme customer service indeed
