Após ter explicado o sucedido a pessoa que estava de serviço a mesma ainda me tentou passar um atestado de incopetente tentando me ensinar a trabalhar com as máquinas e desmentindo o que eu lhe estava a dizer.... é de lamentar seguramente ultima vez que venho a esta lavandaria! Entre as máquinas nao me deixarem escolher ciclos superiores a 30 e 40 minutos, a ter perdido pelo menos 1,20€ numa das máquinas sendo que os outros 0,50 centimos me foram devolvidos, á teimosia e descridibilizaçao da funcionária de serviço que na sua prepotência questionava tudo o que eu lhe estava a explicar..... é triste ter um serviço tão mau! O único aspecto positivo desta visita foi apenas que a roupa apesar de todos os precauços realmente ficou bem lavada e com um óptimo cheiro. O sistema da maior parte dos estabelecimentos deste género permite a adição de tempo à secagem, aqui isso não é permitido ficando a credito na maquina de pagamento sem opção de recuperação do valor. Friendly staff. After using this establishment I notice that tumble dryer 6 dries much less than the other two, so there is money wasted. The system of most establishments of this kind allows the addition of time to drying, here this is not allowed, being credited to the payment machine without Value recovery option.
