Já tínhamos feito vários serviços essa semana e gastamos muito dinheiro, no entanto a gerência ficou indiferente e com isto perderam clientes. Eu, por outro lado, passei horas num serviço mal feito, perdi dinheiro, tenho roupa húmida. We did four dryings that did not work and when we spoke to the management they were not responsible. We had already done several services this week and spent a lot of money, however the management was indifferent and with that they lost customers. I, on the other hand, spent hours in a poorly done job, lost money, got wet clothes.
