★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was an amazing self-service laundry facility near my hostel! The instructions are very clear and the prices are really affordable (especially for travelers). The washing machine includes detergent and fabric softener which was made the service all the more convenient. The dryers are large and do a great job as well. Even the people are polite!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very expensive, 8.50€ for washing and drying. There are a few self- service much cheaper around. If you are on holiday just go to the cheapest one.
The smell of the clothes after the washing was weird too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Front door was locked, another customer had to let me in. Organized, clean. Load clothes in an open washer. #1 or 2 if 9kg or less, #3 or 4 if more, less than 14 kg. Choose your water temperature. Then go to single touchscreen machine that controls all washers and dryers. Find the English button. Choose your machine and pay. It says it takes cards but those are for regular customers, not bank credit cards. Change is given and machine starts up automatically. Soap is dispensed automatically.
An earlier reviewer said to bring change. They should have said bring money. You can pay with 5, 10 or 20 Euro notes or change.

I discussed this with the owner and she promptly replied to all my messages, answered all my questions, and took care of everything! 100% recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I washed some towels and I'm very disappointed about this service:
The towels weren't washed well. Lot of stains are still there!!!
I noticed that washing period (with detergent and warm water) is only 10 min!!! Rest is rinsing...
Next: After drying towels wasn't dry completely ( I don't like to say WET)! So I needed to pay for one more drying!
Very bad experience! :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good laundry space, the only difficulty was actually to pay. The machine kept changing which notes it accepted, and I had to go out to change bills twice. Only for later the machine change the notes accepted again to the ones I’ve had in the first place. Maybe giving a option to pay with debit card would be more practical.
But fair price and good washers/driers available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the past 14 months, I have visited this launderette once a month, therefore 14 times!
The space was always spotless clean and tidy.
The owner is very attentive and helpful.
And the machines were always in working order and clean.
There is WiFi if you decide to sit and wait while washing is going on.
Having used launderettes in many different countries, I can assure you this is the best!
Prices are good. Information on price, payment and use of machines is displayed in a clear and concise manner.
If you are a regular, it is worth getting the charging card and pay cheaper fees.
