★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje tinham passados poucos segundos do final do programa (confirmado pela funcionária), estava a regressar à loja e a funcionária (ou dona) já estava a pegar na minha roupa e a colocar nos cestos sem o menor cuidado. O temporizador da máquina contabilizou menos que 17 minutos. Esses 17 minutos não são reais, coloquei despertador no meu telemóvel para 15 minutos, por isso estou certa. Se fossem reais teria chegado a tempo. A funcionária disse que ia verificar e acertar os temporizadores caso não estivessem bem. Eu nem sou de dar críticas negativas, mas achei uma falta de consideração. Perderam uma boa cliente com esta atitude. Não volto ali!!! Gostaria de responder à vossa justificação, mas por algum motivo não consigo fazer aqui.
Today, a few seconds had passed since the end of the program (confirmed by the employee), I was returning to the store and the employee (or owner) was already picking up my clothes and putting them in the baskets without the slightest care. The machine timer counted for less than 17 minutes. Those 17 minutes are not real, I set an alarm clock on my phone for 15 minutes, so I'm sure. If they were real it would have arrived in time. The employee said she was going to check and set the timers if they were not well. I am not one to give negative reviews, but I found a lack of consideration. They lost a good customer with this attitude. I'm not going back there !!! I would like to respond to your justification, but for some reason I cannot do it here.
