★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não aconselho: cobraram-me um preço muito mais elevado do que foi anunciado (30€ em vez de 22), quando dei-me conta e voltei para a loja para devolver os produtos, inventaram todo tipo de escusas e confusão e culparam-me de todo. Não sabiam me devolver com cartão, e depois de varias chamadas e dias de esperança tive o prazer de receber uma transferência amputada de mais dum euro de "comissão do banco" !
Em fim, alem de ser muito mas carros do que a concorrência, são incompetentes, irresponsáveis e falham totalmente na comunicação e no atendimento ao cliente. Nem dá para confiar na qualidade dos produtos.
I do not advise: they charged me a much higher price than was announced (30 € instead of 22), when I realized and went back to the store to return the products, they invented all kinds of excuses and confusion and blamed me at all. They did not know how to return me with a card, and after several calls and days of hope I had the pleasure of receiving an amputated transfer of more than one euro of "bank commission"!
Finally, in addition to being much more cars than the competition, they are incompetent, irresponsible and totally fail in communication and customer service. You can't even trust the quality of the products.
