★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não obstante o problema que me levou a utilizar os serviços da LD Auto em Loule tenha ficado solucionado, a atenção ao cliente necessita melhorar.
Ao telefonar para a oficina o telefone está sempre reencaminhado para a sede...ou seja uase impossível falar com Loule.
Está situação obriga a "contar a historia" de cada vez que se telefona.
A viatura esteve 9 dias na oficina e nunca cumpriram com o combinado quanto a prestar informação quanto ao ponto de situacao da viatura, não telefonando de volta.
Atenção ao cliente a merecer revisão.
Although the problem that led me to use LD Auto's services in Loule has been resolved, customer service needs to improve.
When phoning the workshop the phone is always forwarded to the head office...or it is almost impossible to talk to Loule.
This situation forces you to "tell the story" every time you call.
The vehicle was in the workshop for 9 days and never complied with the agreement regarding providing information on the status of the vehicle, not calling back.
Customer service to be reviewed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ATENÇÃO: Burlões… Aproveitam-se da ingenuidade das pessoas que, pensam estar a lidar com uma empresa que tem uma indole de honestidade e integridade mas que, na realidade não passam de meros trapaceiros.
No passado dia 26 de Outubro o meu pai (um senhor de 77 anos) dirigiu-se com o automóvel às instalações da LD Auto porque aparecia um erro no painel do carro. Ao ouvir a explicação do meu pai, e sem apresentar qualquer informação, o funcionário ligou o carro ao computador e “apagou” o erro, não tendo efectuado qualquer tipo de serviço e/ou reparação! Apresentou uma factura de 49.90€ pelo “serviço”, dizendo que o problema havia sido solucionado!
Passadas algumas horas o erro aparece novamente no painel e o meu pai regressa à oficina! Foi-lhe dito que teria de deixar o veículo para analisar quais as peças que era necessário mudar!! Obvio que aqui o meu pai já desconfiou da idoneidade destas pessoas e abandonou as instalações.
Tenham em atenção em quem confiam os vossos bens, porque pela forma como eles tratam os outros vemos o mal que nos poderão fazer a nos! Inacreditável como nos dias de hoje ainda existem empresas ditas “profissionais” mas que são desonestas e vigaristas.

On the 24th of October my father (a 77-year-old man) drove his car to the premises of LD Auto because there was an error on the dashboard of the car. Upon hearing my father's explanation, and without providing any information, the employee connected the car to the computer and “erased” the error, not having performed any type of service and/or repair! He presented an invoice of €49.90 for the “service”, saying the problem had been fixed!
After a few hours the error reappear on the panel and my father returns to the shop! He was told that he would have to leave the vehicle to analyze which parts needed to be changed!! It's obvious that my father here already suspected the suitability of these people and left the premises.
Pay attention to who you trust with your goods, because the way they treat others shows the harm they can do to us! Unbelievable how in our days there are still companies that call themselves “professionals" but who are dishonest and crooks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atitude absolutamente incorreta. O injetor diesel que me venderam não funcionou quando o coloquei no carro do cliente. Após este caso, perdi meu cliente porque ele foi a outra oficina para consertar seu carro. Coloquei o injetor de volta, mas eles me disseram que funcionava e só precisava ser limpo. Eu não precisava mais desse injetor porque enquanto escrevia o cliente foi embora. Agora eu tenho um injetor quebrado, mas eles não querem meu dinheiro de volta. O valor é de quase 400 euros. Estamos trabalhando com eles há muito tempo, mas vamos parar. Fraudadores.
Absolutely incorrect attitude. The diesel injector they sold me didn't work when I put it in the customer's car. After this case, I lost my client because he went to another shop to fix his car. I put the injector back in but they told me it worked and just needed to be cleaned. I didn't need that injector anymore because while writing the client went away. Now I have a broken gun but they don't want my money back. The value is almost 400 euros. We've been working with them for a long time, but let's stop. Fraudsters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently bought a car and had guarantee I realized it was making a noise so I took it to the garage explain to them what I was hearing and left it with them. After several days with not a word from them I called to see how things were and their answer was we can't here no noise we need more days so I said fine no problem let me know how things go, more days go past so i call again they say we can't find any problem with the car so they suggest I pick the car up and see how it goes with me and if their is any problem bring it back so I go and pick the car up and the next day I hear the same noise so I call them and tell them it's done it again the day after not make this text even longer but I repeat this action 4 times I took my car their 4 times and they never found anything wrong till the last time and they said it was the suspension and they also said to me the clutch was going and the car doesn't rattle or shake or anything. I get told by them that the guarantee will not cover this because it's down to were and tear so I go and get my car I take it to a garage that I have used over the years close to my house and he sorted the problem in one and a half days it's was the engine support that had ran out of oil not the suspension or the clutch so it's fixed now but I don't recommend this garage it looks a great place the people are kind but the macaniques have no idea what they are doing. When I rang to tell them I had fixed the problem else were in a another garage their atitude changed and was very confronting they need to sack their macaniques to become a good garage.
