This place has one of the most amazing eclairs you may find in Porto. I cannot say the same for the service.
I often go to this specific place, and the same waiter (an old grumpy one) is there with apparently the same lack of willingness or any desire to be working there.
Unjustified delay to take/deliver orders, apathetic to clients and lack of certain or professionalism.
Been there today to have a coffee with a friend and after ordering it, I IMMEDIATELY got my NOT REQUESTED bill... surely for this reason I refused myself to spend one cent more into this place, I mean, they seem not to want me ordering anyways.
Not to be unfair, there are other waiters/waitress that are completely different on this place. They are very polite and attentive to the orderings and very friendly on the way of talking to clients.
Buy eclairs to go !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The perfect place for a break during your exploration of this beautiful city. Amazing in the morning if you want to be kissed by the sun, in the evening looking for a quiet place for the afternoon break. Coffee is very and unexpectedly good being Italian, tea is very good as well. And well..eclairs are amazingly good with a super variety. Still thinking about them! Don’t miss this place because it’s absolutely worth it!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here and was excited to try the eclairs, given how highly this place is rated and how much the eclairs are recommended. Unfortunately, it did not live up to the hype. I was so disappointed, the eclairs were super dry, very sweet, and unflavorful. I'm giving it 2 stars, only because I also picked up a slice of chocolate cake which was much better than the eclairs they are known for.
