They gave me a quote and the car left with the same problem, when I came back they said they couldn't do anything else and that I should go to another garage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na quarta feira liguei para saber o orçamento para uns pneus as 09 da manhã. O sr. indicou-me que durante o dia me indicava o preço. Liguei novamente às 15.30 a perguntar se tinha alguma atualização e o sr. indicou que me ligava daí a dez minutos, sendo que hoje é sexta e não recebi nada. Se não querem ou podem prestar o serviço mais vale dizer em vez de gozar com a cara das pessoas.
On Wednesday I called to find the budget for some tires at 9 am. Mr. he told me that during the day he would tell me the price. I called again at 15.30 to ask if I had any updates and mr. he indicated that he would call me in ten minutes, since today is Friday and I have not received anything. If they don't want to or can't provide the service, it's better to say it instead of making fun of people's faces.

Uma pena, pois parecem excelentes profissionais a trabalhar em bate chapa e pintura.
