★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went from a 3 days delivery, to a 3 weeks delivery! I was supposed to be delivered this morning, recieved nothing. Worst: they still promise a 3 days delivery on their website, even if they know that they can not do it! Contacted them by email, no answer, through their chat they can not answer me. I just wanted to know if my order was delivered today or not! I guess I will have to wait all day at home for nothing. I will NEVER order on their website again. Only got 1 mail from Setubal Leroy Merlin to tell me the delivery was postponed (no apologies or anything), and never got an answer from them anymore. WHERE IS MY ORDER?? First personn who contacted me and never answered: Adriana Cae****... MODIFICATION: I confirm that no delivery today, and no one called me, or suggest another delivery date! It's been 3 WEEKS!!! I tried to cancel my order online, all they did was transfering my request to Setubal, so still waiting for the cancellation! They took my 430€ before the delivery, I understand why now!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst custommer service i experienced in Setubal at all. I asked in english 6-7 people for advice or check of availability. Noone could keep conversation with me and just gived up and say no to me. Very inappropriate mimicks which made me feel like alien in Setubal.
