★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most horrific shopping experiences: either online or offline. Don’t get me wrong. Staff are nice and friendly in there. As a company they are just incompetent. They don’t deliver your products as planned, delay for like a month, but no one would contact you. You wait and wait and wait. You call their hotline every other day, they say they will find out and call you back. They never call you back. Their customer service system is horrible. Nothing can be done unless you travel all the way there and stand in front of a staff.
Online shopping is equally bad. They just don’t send you your products. You have to call them, they will tell you the product is at the warehouse and it’s not ready to be delivered ON the day or scheduled delivery. If you have to take time off from work and wait for the delivery, you are probably screwed over and over again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the busiest places in Lisbon area. Don't go there. They have a lot of others shops around Lisbon area. Try one of those, unless you want to spend your day on a queue, for literally everything.
