Após o meu comentário foi aposta uma resposta do Leroy Merlin. Quero acrescentar que o meu comentário foi feito em relação ao Leroy de Mafra, porque, por exemplo, em relação ao Leroy Merlin de Torres Vedras o meu comentário seria exatamente o contrário. Já não prestam o serviço de serragem de tábuas ao cliente, serviço que os distinguia de outros fornecedores. Além disso a maioria do pessoal do Leroy Merlin de Torres Vedras são antipáticos, parecem estar a fazer um frete na sua tarefa/profissão, talvez pelo facto de serem mal pagos. Moro em Torres Vedras e sempre fui cliente do mesmo, mas, no entanto, no tempo do AKI estavamos muito melhor servidos. O actual conceito da loja de dar a primazia à decoração em detrimento da bricolage e do "faça você mesmo", fez perder muito à organização. Por mim perderam um cliente!

I want to add that my comment was made in relation to Leroy de Mafra, because, for example, in relation to Leroy Merlin de Torres Vedras, my comment would be exactly the opposite. They no longer provide the customer with sawing boards, a service that distinguished them from other suppliers. In addition, most of the staff at Leroy Merlin de Torres Vedras are unsympathetic, they seem to be doing their job/profession a burden, perhaps because they are poorly paid. I live in Torres Vedras and have always been a customer of it, but, however, at the time of AKI we were much better served. The store's current concept of giving priority to decoration over DIY and do-it-yourself, made the organization lose a lot. They lost a customer for me!
