AC +installation
02 of April I started the process of buying and installing A/C with Leroy Merlin.
Today is 28 of July and I am still waiting for the installation. I'm hoping the have it installed before Christmas.
I really feel like no one really cares or wanna help in this company . The way communication is done with the client is terrible and it feels like I (the customer) is the problem.
Its really a pity since the products they have is often good. But I learn the hard way, next time I won't start a project with Leroy Merlin instead I will buy the products I need and use Habitasimo to hire other contractors.
Just a side note, there is nothing wrong with the store or the people that work at Leroy , the bad review is related to the project\installation department in Leroy Merlin and probably the managers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was no help no one Interested to help everyone just standing doing "something" long faces and a few complaining about "work" made me feel that the place was runned by kids that skipped University classes. Too bad I really love this place but today I couldn't buy what I wanted because ... No one was interested to help!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased an A/C unit with their installation service, and they keep changing the installation day for more than two weeks. And when they send the technicians they are only interested in looking for ways of charging some more extra money above the fixed rate offered by Leroy Merlin. Never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a relatively good store, some departments are better staffed than others and the condition of the displayed stock reflects this. Sometimes "Out of stock" seems to be the norm in most cases. Whether this is because of the pandemic situation or not I can't say. Overall I find the place a useful store for most items I require. 4?
