★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where to start? I arrived and i found 6 people from the staff in a round talking with each other and making jokes, which would be ok if things were being done, but thats not the case. Besides the terrible directions the staff provides whenever you ask something, they don't even make an effort to help you. The organization of the store could be way much better as well. At the cashier, when i was about to pay i needed to wait 5min for someone to come and solve a problem with the reader. Where was the manager in the middle of this!?!? Anyway... if you have an option avoid this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a store -- it's fine. They have a lot of small items that you need at home. The staff is friendly and helpful.
But as a service, it's horrible. We wanted to use their boiler/heater inspection and replacement service. After 3 last minute reschedules, one botched visit and a promise of "will call you soon" -- still nothing. It's been a month and a half, and we haven't gotten any service.
