★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Classifico a postura de uma funcionária diretamente, muito mal educada sem respeito pelas pessoas. Chama-se Catarina e a situação foi hoje Domingo dia 4 de Novembro de 2018 por volta das 18h. A Sra Catarina, dirigiu-se ao meu filho de oito anos nos seguintes termos " oh menino não se faz manguitos com os dedos do boneco" no qual eu intervi e disse-lhe que não é forma de se falar com uma criança. E ela continuou com uma postura de muita falta de respeito para conosco. Colocando-nos na rua da loja, aos berros e ainda ameaçou de que se nos visse na rua logo nós viamos de onde ela era!!!! Solicito ao responsável de loja que vá ver o que o miúdo fez na mão do boneco e confirmar se era o que a sra Catarina mencionou de boca cheia, claro. Esta Sra não apresenta postura, de muito mau comportamento e educação para estar a trabalhar numa loja com o nome que esta apresenta. Irei partilhar o máximo possível o sucedido de hoje para que esta situação não se volte a repetir e chegue bem além do Algarve...
I classify the posture of an employee directly, very rude without respect for people. It's called Catarina and the situation was today on Sunday, November 4, 2018, around 6pm. Mrs. Catarina, addressed my eight-year-old son in the following terms "oh boy you can't make cuffs with the fingers of the doll" in which I intervened and told him that it is not a way to talk to a child. And she continued with a posture of a lot of disrespect towards us. Shouting us on the store's street, screaming and even threatened that if she saw us on the street we would soon see where she was from !!!! I ask the store manager to go and see what the kid did in the puppet's hand and confirm that it was what Mrs. Catarina mentioned with her mouth full, of course. This Mrs. has no posture, very bad behavior and education to be working in a store with the name that she presents. I will share as much as possible what happened today so that this situation does not happen again and reaches well beyond the Algarve ...
