A resposta da marca foi para levar o talão à loja para saber se estava na garantia, ridículos.
When you buy some Levi's pants at this official store where the symbol has two horses that pull on pants that don't tear and this happens when you go up a step, everything is said about this once quality brand and now an authentic mercenary. The brand's response was to take the receipt to the store to see if it was under warranty, ridiculous.

Really bad customer care
