O gerente quem quem que seja não deve saber ler Portugês!
O talão diz: “Trocas validas no prazo de 15 dias”
“Não se efectuam devoluções em dinheiro”
O valor total 110 €
Eu fiz a encomenda online do mesmo calção mas no tamanho acima por não estar disponível na loja.
Amanhã irei ligar para cancelar a encomenda!
Recuso gastar dinheiro com uma companhia que rouba os clientes. Sendo eu uma cliente que não vive em Portugal não vou empobrecer por ter que desperdiçar 55€ mas também não fico satisfeita por ver o meu dinheiro a voar desta Forma!
A funcionária que tratou do assunto não apenas foi arrogante , rude e muito pequenina em atitude como recusou deixar-me falar com o gerente e pedir que leiam o recibo que é dado aos clientes!
Ou seja tive que trocar e fui obrigada a fazer isso porque eram quase 23pm e não tive opção tinha a minha filha no carro e não quis chamar a polícia para resolver a situação.
Certo é que certamente o dono desta marca deve pensar melhor a quem paga os salários no final do mês!

The slip says: “Valid exchanges within 15 days”
“No cash returns made”
The total amount 110 €
I ordered the same shorts online but in the size above because it is not available in the store.
Tomorrow I will call to cancel the order!
I refuse to spend money on a company that steals customers. Being a client who does not live in Portugal I will not be impoverished to have to waste 55 € but I am not pleased to see my money flying this way!
The employee who dealt with the issue was not only arrogant, rude and very small in attitude but refused to let me speak with the manager and ask them to read the receipt given to the customers!
In other words, I had to change and I was forced to do it because it was almost 23pm and I had no option had my daughter in the car and did not want to call the police to solve the situation.
Certainly, the owner of this brand must think better to who pays the salaries at the end of the month!
