★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui cliente durante 4 anos. Mudou de gerência há cerca de um ano e a desorganização instalou-se de tal forma que perdem roupa dos clientes, entregando roupa de uns a outros, por vezes sem recuperação. Fiquei sem 8 camisas Ralph Lauren. Lamentável.
I was a customer for 4 years. Changed management about a year ago and the disorganization settled in such a way that they lose customers' clothes, delivering clothing from one to another, sometimes without recovery. I was without 8 Ralph Lauren shirts. Unfortunate.
