Fiquei sem alternativa e incomodei a família toda para que o apartamento ficasse livre a horas de eles começarem. Nunca me tinha acontecido. Avaliar este serviço com 1 estrela é ofender quem trabalha. PÉSSIMO
 The worst experience of my life with this kind of services. They commit and then neither appear nor answer the phone. I had no choice and bothered the whole family so that the apartment was free within hours of their starting. It had never happened to me. To rate this service with 1 star is to offend those who work. TERRIBLE
