I really like the brand and have been a customer for a long time, however, I consider that in this store in Vila Real the quality of service has been getting worse. The employees could be more friendly and attentive.

Recomendo fortemente a que a marca reveja o funcionamento deste estabelecimento, visto que está em causa o seu bom nome e requinte.
The attendance by the employees is very poor. They are not very helpful, they are not very proactive and they lack a fundamental element for those who do “counter service”, Sympathy !!!!
I strongly recommend that the brand review the operation of this establishment, since its good name and refinement are at stake.
