food not well-cooked, hams and cheese are charged with extra 19euro without prior warning. Expensive service charge. Will never go to this restaurant again.

Cheese and ham is 20 euro, they don't tell you this. When the bill came they told us what the service charge was, I told them I wasn't paying because the service was bad, they don't care. Expensive horrible restaurant.

Hello fellow Yelpers, this is victim survivor 4,955. If I could give this place negative stars I would. Where do I even begin? Firstly, we were approached by a reincarnation of Satan himself greeting us with a "hello friends". The first thing he does is set up a trap by putting bread, cheese, and day old slices of meat in front of you, and then in a "fine print" manner mentions that if you touch any of it you have to pay. Another issue was that they brought out the wrong entrée and then argued with us about what we ordered. You would think the customer knows what they ordered... At the end of the meal, the manager tried to convince us that in addition to the bill, we had to pay a service fee that he arbitrarily determined. When we refused and began to leave, he yelled after us, "If you don't want to spend money, stay at home!"

Worst restaurant I've ever been to in my whole life! We found hair in both pasta and pizza! And they charged 19 euros for cheese and ham we never ordered! Don't eat in this place of you are sane.

Avoid like the plague, never accept anything of the menu. We had, at their suggestion a mixed grilled sharer cold meat, chips and salad, to make it look substantial. They then tried to charge me and my wife 170 euros for the pleasure we left half of it after major argument we left after giving them the ultimaten, 70 euros, take it or leave. You have to stand up to this scum, that are giving a beautiful city, a bad reputation.

This is the worst Resturant. It's s scam!!! All the other reviews are real. My case is I didn't finish my food. I asked them to pack. They stole more than half of my food!!! Gross!! I found out when I get back to the hotel. I never had this experience before. Plus, when you pay they focus you to pay tips!!! Police should really do something about this restaurant to avoid other victims.

Worst scam restaurant with the most unfriendly staff. The food tastes horrible. Not all prices are listed on the menu and they come up with crazy prices later. Two waiters started fighting with each other in front of all the guests and later harassed a girl as well. All the guests were scared and some even protested but the owner just stood there and smiled like it's totally normal. We wanted to leave because of this and they say they cant pack the leftovers or we must pay extra. And we had to even pay for the horrible service charges because it was included in the bill without telling us in advance. Total Scam!

!AVOID! The worst experience in Lisbon so far. My family visited me in Lisbon during my Erasmus study and last night of their stay we wanted to have a nice dinner together. After we found out that the restaurant we chose wasn't opened yet, we were convinced by very "polite" staff to visit this restaurant. Place was quite full and waiter told us prices in the menu starts at 20 € per dish. Everyone from staff acted really nice. They asked where we are from, they were serving us bread, cheese and parma ham (which in the end we didn't know you have to pay). Staff didn't even get us time to check the menu and started offering menu specialities. So we ordered it. Portions are way to big and after while meat was completely cold. When we asked for a bill, we were waiting for 15 minutes, while staff were running around and lured other visitor come in. We expected bit higher prices, but almost 300 € for the dinner, this is abnormal. We paid without any word and left. I was close to tears how my beautiful week with my family ended.
