★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With the Lisboa Card you get free access to the Lisboa Story Centre. This experience is more of an educational one, but not one I would recommend skipping if you enjoy learning about where you are visiting. You are provided with a GPS unit and headphones, and it tells you the story of Portugal as you walk through the Centre along with visual aspects to help illustrate the story.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The history of Lisbon in a nutshell! Very interesting and shortcut history insight of Portugal and Lisbon. It really is worth a, especially for its use of modern technology! Have a walk through with a multiple language audio guide. All signs are in Portuguese and English and the whole exhibition is wheelchair accessible. Give it a try!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First visit to Lisbon, I started from this center, located in Piazza do Comercio, which, taking advantage of multimedia technology, the use of fragrances, perfumes, sounds and special effects, tells, in a historical, cultural journey, the birth and evolution of Portugal. The nice thing is that the audio guides, in all languages, are activated as the path proceeds. Then in a room the great earthquake and subsequent tsunami of 1755 is reconstructed in a more than real way, Really realistic with computerized videos and authentic tossing of chairs ...
I highly recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice interactive museum with audio guide in multiple languages. I liked the earthquake movie. If you have Lisboa card the entrance is free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A rainy day brought us here and this place did not brighten our day. With its cheesy audio guide narration, this short tour offers a very thin history of Lisbon. Four centuries of Moorish culture get less than 20 seconds, and slavery is not even mentioned as Portuguese “discoveries” are glorified. Fair enough to note the incredible feats of Portuguese navigators, but it seems like whitewashing to gloss over the dark side so completely. Some very good visuals, videos and models, but ultimately a disappointing experience that needs updating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to find our more about city of Lisbon. But there is more to listen than to see. So without audioguide whole tour would take like 10 minutes.
After all with worth to visit :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really interesting museum which gives you a great understanding of the history of Lisbon. There is an audio guide in multiple languages to choose from and an "earthquake room" with a cinematic film. Definitely think that it is worth a visit on your first time to Lisbon.
However, I would have appreciated some more information about the more modern history of Lisbon as well.
