Nice place to stay. No lift though. We were on the 4th floor with a baby buggy. Still, can't complain for the price.

Nice and convenient place to stay, staff is super friendly and helpful. Only downside is the noise, cars driving up the slope can really become a hassle.

Do not stay at this place. Quite disappointed as we booked with them and they left us waiting for 2 hours in the street to collect the keys! They just kept saying over the phone that were late and at the end we waited for 2 hours in a very bad neighborhood. At the end we decided to cancel the booking as after waiting for 2 hours Antonio the owner arrived in a very bad attitude, the most arrogant person you can imagine and didn't even apologise for his mistake. He didn't care at all and the worst of all, he stole our money as he didn't even make a refund! Stay away from them! they will leave you waiting for hours outside to collect the keys apart from dealing with arrogant people. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Great flat to stay in whilst in lisboa. We found it on air bnb and the price was very good. Our contact guy; Antonio was helpful. The flat had everything we needed. Heat and aircon! All the nessecesies were provided. And there were supermarkets close by and access to buses within walking distances.

Very comfortable stay. Nice location. Be prepared for a hill climb on exit. Cool room, good working air-con. Clean room, comfortable bed. Just a relaxing basic stay, nothing out of the ordinary as I expected and wished for. Friendly staff. Would stay again.

Location ok, close to nice restaurants and shopping abilities, city center in walking distance, kind staff. Good size for two people. Nice rainfall shower, nice balcony. Small drawback: glass door to bathroom with direct view to the restroom while cooking...

We stayed for several weeks in the place they call "Angel's Classic," which is the bottom floor of some beautiful 19th C mansion. The staff was incredibly helpful in steering us to a place that best suited us. The "apartment" is relatively large. While we are a family of four, it could have accommodated more. There are beautiful Portuguese tiles on every wall. The sink must be original. And while half of the apartment is partially underground, there was always plenty of natural light. The place was both beautiful and comfortable. As to the neighborhood, it is funky. We are a suburban American family, but like to travel. It might be off-putting to some at first. The neighborhood in which it is situated is populated with a huge diversity of people, shops and restaurants. It reminds me of a gentrifying neighborhood that might never get there. But we made so many friends in the neighborhood and had some great food. And we always felt safe, even very late at night. I would recommend the accommodations and company very heartily.

Very good apartment for a cheap price if booked a minimum a month in advance. The only downside is that if you're planning to stay during the winter, it will be very cold, and the air con does not exceed above a certain temperature. Check your bedding before you sleep, as they have forgotten to change ours and have been used by previous visitors.
