★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is absolutely terrible. The bed and mattress is the most uncomfortable I have ever felt - springs in your back is not enjoyable. Apartment 3 is very run down and the bathroom door doesn’t open or lock correctly. Fortunately it seems like this is a normal complaint as we got refunded for the remainder of our trip and checked in somewhere else much closer to town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful aparment for stay , horrible. Sink is blocked. Even we told about problem they couldn't solve problem completely. They know we have a child but gave us an aparment with stairs and there is no safety. We insist but they didnt change room because they are full (?). Room doors are not opening easily. I locked in a bathroom about ten minutes. Enterance of room is not suitable for stroller or disabled chair. Aparment is cold there is no heater, we asked for it and they gave it after a day. Lisbon is a nice City , but apart is the worst place I have ever stay in Europe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible not enough towels even though we asked for more there was no reaction. The outflow was blocked and he didn't tried to solve the problem.
