Tive inclusivamente que contactar directamente a Honda Portugal para intermediar a comunicação com a oficina. Serviço de reparação previamente agendado, não foi realizado apesar da viatura em questão ser inclusivamente entregue na oficina no dia anterior para o efeito. Não foi reparada por falta de comunicação interna. Mais acrescento que estive vários meses à espera do equipamento a ser substituído (airbags). Deplorável. Bad customer service.
