★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeiro contacto telefónico para marcar uma simples visita à oficina foi uma desgraça, com tanta burocracia e incompetência, entre necessidade de matrícula, número de chassis, número de telefone, morada, e finalmente e-mail (que a pessoa que atendeu não compreendia e recusava-se a acreditar que era um e-mail válido). A dada altura desculpei-me, desliguei e liguei para a Citiauto, que me obriga a fazer uma deslocação maior, mas que não teve nada a ver no que toca a atendimento.
First telephone contact to arrange a simple visit to the workshop was a disgrace, with so much bureaucracy and incompetence, between the need for registration, chassis number, telephone number, address, and finally e-mail (which the person who answered did not understand and refused to believe it was a valid email). At some point I apologized, hung up and called Citiauto, which obliges me to make a bigger trip, but which had nothing to do with regard to customer service.
