Começam tudo muito bem, mas depois começam a desleixar.
Sempre fui fã dos gelados da llaollao.
Mas hoje foi a última vez.
Pedi um gelado do grande e quando a rapariga deu me o gelado, perguntei se ela não tinha se enganado.
Foi me servido um gelado do pequeno em copo grande.
Mostrei o gelado a rapariga e disse lhe: eu pedi um grande e vc deu me um pequeno.
Atitude da atendente: encolheu os ombros.
Por isso que os negócios vão abaixo e ninguém percebe.
Lamentável...

I've always been a fan of llaollao ice cream.
But today was the last time.
I ordered an ice cream from the big one and when the girl gave me the ice cream, I asked if she had not been wrong.
I was served an ice cream from the small one in a large glass.
I showed the girl the ice cream and said: I ordered a big one and you gave me a small one.
Attendant attitude: shrugged.
That's why business goes down and nobody notices.
Unfortunate...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só servem 2 colheres de cada topping, ao contrário das outras lojas que conheço, onde servem 3 colheres de cada topping. Ao referirmos que colocaram tão pouco, responderam que podiam pôr mais por mais €0,50! Além disso, também servem muito menos gelado.
O gelado acabado de comprar prece já meio comido, de tão pequeno (e era o grande!). Inacreditável, a ganância.
They only serve 2 spoons for each topping, unlike the other stores I know, where they serve 3 spoons for each topping. When we mentioned that they put so little, they replied that they could put more for € 0.50 more! In addition, they also serve much less ice cream.
The ice cream just bought a half-eaten prayer, it was so small (and it was the big one!). Unbelievable, greed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich muss mich den schlechten Bewertungen anschließen. Wir sind jedes Jahr im Urlaub fast täglich bei Llaollao und haben so einen schlechten Service noch nie erlebt. Zu wenig Eis (und darum geht es dort ja) und zu wenig Soße. Im allen anderen Filialen bekommt man mehr für sein Geld als hier!
I have to agree with the bad reviews. Every year we are on vacation at Llaollao almost every day and have never experienced such poor service. Too little ice cream (and that's what it's all about) and too little sauce. In all other branches you get more for your money than here!

Sou cliente há muitos anos e fiquei completamente insatisfeita com a falta de profissionalismo e de simpatia de uma das funcionárias da loja do Almada Fórum (que assumo, pelos modos e arrogância com que se dirigiu a mim, que seja a gerente). Vendem gelados com três frutas à escolha do cliente. Além de cada vez oferecerem menos variedade de fruta, negam-se a respeitar a opção do cliente, com base em regras complemente arbitrárias. No meu caso, não tinham as três frutas que costumo pedir para acompanhar o gelado, então, pedi à sra. que me estava a atender para me servir morango três vezes (o que está publicitado é que são 3 frutas à escolha!) . De imediato, a dita sra. retorquiu que tal não é possível e mandou-me escolher outras frutas e começou a enumerar as que tinha. Ao que eu respondi que não tinha interesse noutras frutas (porque não gosto) e que preferia apenas morango (x3) que havia em quantidade suficiente para satisfazer o meu pedido. Acho inadmissível este estilo de atendimento, até porque os gelados não são propriamente baratos e ainda entendemque podem escolher o que o cliente vai comer. Nunca mais lá meto os pés.

I have been a customer for many years and I was completely dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism and sympathy of one of the employees at the Almada Forum store (which I assume, due to the manner and arrogance with which she addressed me, that she is the manager). They sell ice cream with three fruits of the customer's choice. In addition to offering less and less variety of fruit, they refuse to respect the customer's option, based on completely arbitrary rules. In my case, they didn't have the three fruits that I usually order to accompany the ice cream, so I asked mrs. who was taking care of me to serve me strawberry three times (what is advertised is that there are 3 fruits to choose from!) . Immediately, said mrs. he replied that this was not possible and told me to choose other fruits and began to list the ones he had. To which I replied that I had no interest in other fruits (because I don't like it) and that I preferred only strawberry (x3) which was in sufficient quantity to satisfy my request. I find this style of service inadmissible, even because ice cream is not exactly cheap and they still understand that they can choose what the customer is going to eat. I'll never set foot there again.

É sem dúvida a loja onde sou sempre mal servida em relação à quantidade de gelado, fruta... e então tooping nem se fala!
Uma colher de cada, mal cheia.
Um verdadeiro desapontamento.
Metade do que ne servem nas outras lojas.
Inaceitável para quem quer defender o bom nome de uma marca!
