★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento está uma v-e-r-g-o-n-h-a quando se chega a farmácia nunca esta ninguém ao balcão . estive que esperar quase 5 minutos para uma funcionaria mal encarada me atender. A senhora foi tão mal rude que teve o descaramento de me virar a cara, quando perguntei pela doutora Ana.
O atendimento outrora 5 estrelas do Toze é uma miragem.
The service is a g-and-r-g-o-n-h-a when you arrive at the pharmacy there is never anyone at the counter. I had to wait almost 5 minutes for a bad job to meet me. The lady was so rude that she had the nerve to turn my face away when I asked about Dr. Ana.
Toze's formerly 5-star service is a mirage.
