1. Очень удобное расположение, в пешей доступности туристические места, рестораны, торговый центр, банки и станция метро.
2. Качественная уборка, номер очень чистый.
3. Менеджер André очень отзывчивый и гостеприимный.
Подойдёт как для отдыха, так и, если вы приехали по делам.

2. High-quality cleaning, the room is very clean.
3. Manager André is very helpful and hospitable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are glad that we chose this apartment, as we met an amazing person - André. He is the manager of these apartments. Never met a more responsive and kind person. He helped us in many ways and became a true friend to us.
There is also a very responsive employee Maria working there. The apartments are in a very good location, everything is close by. They are responsible for cleaning. They disinfected the mattresses in all the apartments and even changed the stove.
Рады, что выбрали эти апартаменты, так как мы познакомились с потрясающим человеком - Андре. Он управляющий этих апартаментов. Никогда не встречали более отзывчивого и любезного человека. Он нам помог в многих вопросах и стал нам настоящим другом.
Еще там работает очень хорошая отзывчивая сотрудница Мария. Аппартаменты находятся в очень удачном месте, все находится рядом. Ответственно подходят к уборке. Дезинфицировали матрасы во всех апартаментах и даже меняли плиту.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala relación calidad-precio. Te ocultan información en la reserva para luego intentar cobrarte más dinero. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.
Contestación: la falta de honestidad ha sido tuya por no dar toda la información en el momento de la reserva y acosarnos a emails y sms cuando ya nos habíamos marchado de Portugal. Eso pasa cuando el dinero importa más que las personas. Y el apartamento no vale nada para lo que habéis cobrado (73 €/noche). Eso sí que es lamentable y tu gestión y atención al cliente es una vergüenza.
Poor value for money. They hide information from you in the reservation and then try to charge you more money. I do not recommend at all.
Answer: the lack of honesty has been yours for not giving all the information at the time of booking and harassing us by emails and sms when we had already left Portugal. That happens when money matters more than people. And the apartment is worth nothing for what you have charged (€ 73 / night). That is unfortunate and your management and customer service is a shame.
