Não está minimamente habilitada a cumprir a sua função de receber o montante em causa e passar a respectiva factura com o NIF, sendo que me respondeu que não tem que perguntar ao cliente se quer a factura com NIF ou não!!! Eu desconheço o funcionamento da empresa e como tal não sei em que momento teria que lhe pedir a factura com o NIF!!! Depois de eu ter reclamado e pedido o livro de reclamações, ignorou propositadamente o meu pedido e não me trouxe o livro!!! Péssimo atendimento!!! Nunca mais lá voltarei!!! Today - 8.30 pm: Lousy service by the employee who was at the checkout ... She is not at all qualified to fulfill her function of receiving the amount in question and pass the respective invoice with the TIN, and she replied that she does not have to ask the customer if she wants the invoice with TIN or not !!! I don't know how the company works and as such I don't know when I would have to ask for the invoice with the TIN !!! Para além disso 7,30€ por 2 sopas de qualidade duvidosa e que me deixou mal disposto durante horas e horas... A não voltar. The "gourmet" rich seafood soup, in addition to cold had a too acidic taste and a completely artificial texture, clearly made from prepared. Plus € 7.30 for 2 soups of dubious quality and that made me ill-disposed for hours and hours ... I will not go back.

I chose a star because it can't be half...like the soups they sent...where I ordered 6, charged 5 and received four... It's not the first time... Via Uber...

Quando telefonamos a pedir que entregassem as restantes sopas, recusaram-se. Péssimo serviço. We order through Uber eats. We ordered (and paid for) 6 soups, but they only delivered four and with very small portions. When we called to ask for the remaining soups to be delivered, they refused. Terrible service.

We were very well attended. But stone soup has nothing to do with it. We've been to others and the soup is amazing. But at this establishment the soup is off the charts.
