★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid all cost to come here to fix your problems! You have better places. Here they have a lot of problems with the system and softwares. Try to look up on the loja do cidadão on São Brás I believe it's faster

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately the majority of staff are rude and don't actually care. They show no empathy and act as if they are above you. Having arrived at 9am, I waited 3 hours to redo my id card which I did last year but they did not send to my home address in the UK. I have had to pay for a new one and wait a very very long time! Very disappointing service but necessary nonetheless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CNAI is also here with SEF, Finance, Social n other departments. It is located on the 1st floor in the municipal market. The Usual opening time is 8.30 am. I went there before that and waited in the queue. At 8.30 they opened the gate and I went inside. They have a token machine where you can choose your required option. I went there for CNAI and lady was waiting next to token machine and she has chosen the proper option for me. The options are written in Portuguese though. My token number came and I have been served by Olga, a very nice and helpful person.
