Ora estar 3 pessoas em loja ora estar 4 era indiferente (2 clientes que estavam juntas a serem atendidas por uma pessoa e mais e mais uma que estava a ajeitar para o material exposto,) eu não podia entrar... Estive meia hora à porta até que vim embora, simplesmente vergonhoso Very bad experience, I understand that for COVID reasons you have to stay at the door, but to see it close in our face without a word is very different ... Now being 3 people in store, sometimes being 4 was indifferent (2 customers who were together to be attended by one person and more and more one who was arranging for the exposed material,) I couldn't enter... I was half an hour at the door until I left, simply shameful

Compreendo que se dê prioridade clientes que habituais e bons gastadores, mas mais de uma hora pelo meio de uma extrema lentidão e conversa, como se estivesse a fazer sala, é insultuosos para os outros clientes que estão à espera. Loja com bastante e interessante variedade de pedras mas com preços bem acima da média. When we arrived there was a group of customers doing the bill, an hour later the bill continues to be done. I understand giving priority to customers who are regulars and good spenders, but more than an hour in the middle of extreme slowness and conversation, as if you were making room, is insulting to the other customers who are waiting. Store with a lot and interesting variety of stones but with prices well above average.

Also you can feel the energy from all the crystals around you. It was amazing! Both workers there are wonderful and also they look like proper witches hahaha wich def they are. And they know a LOT about what they sell. Every question asked was answered. Def gonna come back again. Keep doing that amazing job!
