Além disso, o atendimento presencial é uma autêntica vergonha. Há que melhorar as coisas do concelho, este Carregal vai de mal a pior. É uma vergonha.
TERRIBLE. I called 2 times to the number that is available on the website and as soon as I dialed the number according to what I wanted, they hung up. In addition, face-to-face service is a real shame. We need to improve things in the municipality, this Carregal goes from bad to worse. It's a shame.
