I really like being served at the citizen's shop in the new pine forest, because the employees are very explicit in their answers and questions, as well as being very friendly and cheerful, and very important is the fact that it is a place without much confusion, small but very well organized....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acho impressionante que não me tenham deixado entrar às 16 horas em ponto e ainda ser tratado com arrogância e desdém por parte de quem providência um serviço público e que não trabalha numa loja de roupa.
No final de contas não resolvi o assunto urgente que irá trazer repercussões graves só porque tive a trabalhar e cheguei às 16.00.20 segundos. Inadmissível este serviço para um contribuinte.
I find it impressive that they didn't let me in at 4 pm sharp and still be treated with arrogance and disdain by someone who provides a public service and who doesn't work in a clothing store.
In the end I didn't resolve the urgent matter that will bring serious repercussions just because I had to work and arrived at 16.00.20 seconds. Inadmissible this service for a taxpayer.
